Yes, in our busy schedule we have time for our work and home chores, but often forget to eat right, exercise regularly, and take personal time to recharge your batteries. Certainly, we get habituated to bad habits like, skipping our meals, eating junk food extensively in the form of snack, not taking proper time to relax. These habits ultimately prove harmful to our health and may lead to many health issues.

Better start adopting better sleep habits by trying to go to bed at the same time each night but give yourself a half-hour head start to prepare for bed and fall asleep. It is advised, watch your nightly habits, and try to stay rid of those habits that affect your quality sleep like caffeine, sugar, and phone.

However, the routine we follow today, has the very less time scheduled for our eating purpose.
