Here are some measures that can help in managing oily skin.

  • Keep your hands off your face: Touching your face too often can expose it to dirt and microorganisms that could trigger acne.
  • Keep skin clean: Wash your face twice a day (morning and evening) to prevent the accumulation of excess sebum. You should also wash your face immediately after exercising. Do not scrub as it irritates the skin.
