Chemist Box Returns And Refund Policy

Chemist Box Private Limited facilitates delivering genuine medicines, as per customers order and prescription and ensure that it reaches to our customers with ideal packaging without any damage. We double-check medicines at the time they are packaged to deliver.

In situations, if customer find something wrong with the order, we take it as our priority to come forward and resolve the concern. Customers can raise a return request through our Customer Care Service, within 7 days from the delivery of the product. If any customer raises the return request after 7 days from the delivery of the product, the request will not be entertained, and hence may be canceled.

The return/refund request shall be processed forward only after verifying the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Chemist Box find the request genuine, the return/refund request would be initiated.

If Chemist Box find the request raised as unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, it has complete right to take legal actions against the customer and the customer will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Chemist Box in this regard.

The returns are confined to below conditions:

• - Wrong order of product doesn’t qualify for Return Policy.
• - Batch number of the product to be returned should match with that mentioned on the invoice;
• - Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
• - Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
• - Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

Medicines and health care products of certain categories do not qualify for the Return Policy of Chemist Box. These products are marked as non- returnable on product page.

Food and Nutrition	Health Drinks, Health Supplements
Healthcare Devices	Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors
Sexual Wellness	Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits
Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines	Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Pen fills, and any other Product, requiring cold storage, or medicines that fall under the category of specialty medicines.

 

RETURN PROCESS OF CHEMISTBOX:

• To raise your return request, you can mail at- care@chemistbox.in or you can call us at +91-6126604555.
• Chemist Box customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
• Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Chemist Box will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
• The customer will be required to return the product at the retail store of Chemist Box, in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
• Refund will be completed in the form of vouchers, which would be mandatory to use within 3 months of the issued date.

REFUND PROCESS OF CHEMISTBOX:

In the above case, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:

• Order placed through online wallet or through cash on delivery (COD), refund process for both will be completed in the form of vouchers.
• The vouchers issued will be mandatory to be used within three months from its issue date.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF CHEMISTBOX

Chemist Box offers the option to cancel your orders.

The customer can cancel the order for the product via call, till Chemist Box ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
