A woman has to play many roles right from the time she wakes up in the morning to the time she goes to bed at night. After her kids go to school, she has to play daughter-in-law and wife role. She prepares tea, breakfast and lunch for her in-laws and husband.

After that she becomes a housewife get involve in her household chores. And if she is a working woman then she has to play that professional role that too perfectly. After that when she returns home, again she has to repeat the roles. But from the start to the end, she missed her role, in which she has to take care of herself!

Yes, this is a fact, in the chaos of a woman’s daily life, healthy living may take back seat to chores, work, busy schedules, and more. But that doesn’t mean health should be taken for granted. Women’s are advised, do take out at least half an hour of your busy day to take care of your health. Take these simple steps toward a longer, healthier life.


Include Moving Workouts In Schedule!

A research carried out in America, says that, 1 out of 4 women dies from heart disease. And the cause of heart disease is only because you hardly include exercise or workout in your daily chores. Exercise or workouts are the best ways to prevent heart disease and keep you healthy, they are also good for your mental and bone health.

It is advised to take out at least half an hour from your busy schedule for exercise or workouts at least four days per week. In your exercise routines, you can include cardio routines or walking or running routines, what suits you best.

You can make your workout routines exciting by mixing up these, like one day you went for running, other ay you went for swimming, and many more. Invite a friend to join you for accountability and encouragement.


Eat A Balanced Diet! 

Well, there is no doubt in saying that women often miss out adding the essential nutrients in their diet. Beyond weight loss and maintenance, eating a balanced diet is crucial to a woman’s overall health. Good foods provide vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that are important for growth, well-being, and development.

Eating a balanced diet starts with avoiding unhealthy foods. Packaged and processed foods are often full of sugar, salt, unhealthy fats, and calories. Avoid the fake stuff, and opt for the good stuff, such as:


  • fresh fruits and vegetables
  • whole grains
  • fiber-rich foods such as beans and leafy greens
  • fresh fish
  • lean cuts of meat and poultry
  • healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, and olive oil
  • low-fat dairy
