Terms of use.

You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login and OTP details secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed strictly against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. You must upload or present a legible, valid and unexpired prescription.

• Our pharmacist verifies every prescription before dispensing.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where the prescription is unclear, expired, altered, already fully dispensed, or where dispensing would be unsafe or unlawful.
• We may need to clarify a prescription with you or the prescriber before dispensing.
• Nothing on our website or app is medical advice. Always follow your doctor's directions.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and the final payable amount is shown before you confirm payment. Stock shown in the app reflects branch availability and can change between browsing and dispensing. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute where lawful and appropriate, or cancel that line and refund it.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm dispensing or hand over the goods. Pickup orders are held at your selected branch for a reasonable period. Delivery terms are set out in our shipping & delivery policy, and cancellations and refunds in our refund & cancellation policy.

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to obtain prescription medicines without a valid prescription; submit false, forged or another person's prescription; resell products bought from us; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission.

The Chemist Box name, logo, website, app and content are owned by or licensed to Chemist Box Private Limited and are protected by law. Third-party brand names and product packaging remain the property of their respective owners.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
